All of our markers are deep cleaned, serviced, lubed and tested. You should expect a marker that's ready to hit the field as soon as it hits your doorstep! 


Unfortunately, there is no universal rating system for the condition of paintball markers or gear. However, we try out best to follow these guidelines: 

10 = New

9.5 = Used but flawless

9 = Very minor flaws

8.5 = Multiple minor flaws

8 = Medium Flaws

Anything under an 8 has heavy cosmetic flaws and will include a brief summary on the product page. 


The trade process begins with payment of the quoted amount. Once payment has been received, the deal is locked in, and the marker will be removed from the site. Next, you will ship your marker to us within 48hrs. If tracking is not provided in that time frame, the deal will be cancelled and a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the quoted amount. 


We use PayPal for all processing, which means you can pay with any major payment method as well as your PayPal balance. 


Orders always ship fast and free! Larger items such as markers, tanks and loaders ship USPS Priority Mail. While smaller items such as triggers or soft goods, ship USPS Ground Advantage. 


Absolutely! We have shipped many products to many different countries. However, international shipping is not included in our free shipping policy. So please inquire at shipping@pbexchange.com for cost and estimated delivery. 


Our goal is always to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If your product arrives in unsatisfactory condition, we will first try to remedy the situation with troubleshooting and tech support. Alternatively, you may exchange your product in its original condition within 7 days, limit one exchange per item. Exchanges are not permitted on brand new products.
